Job Responsibilities: • Process and review work orders, photos, estimates, and scopes of work. • Coordinate with U.S.-based clients, vendors, and field teams. • Track work-order statuses, approvals, deadlines, and SLA requirements. • Follow up on pending or rejected work and maintain accurate ticketing systems. Requirements: • Prior experience in U.S. Property Preservation & Maintenance. • Basic understanding of property maintenance trades and repair scopes. • Strong English communication and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to work the U.S. night shift on-site.
