Job Responsibilities: • Supervise interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover. • Manage daily site execution, subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams. • Ensure project quality, progress, and compliance with safety standards. • Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, consultants, and vendors. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. • Verify site measurements, material consumption, and work quality. • Ensure timely project completion within the approved timeline and budget. • Lead and manage multiple interior fit-out projects from planning to handover. • Supervise Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and execution teams. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. • Review BOQ, project costing, schedules, procurement, and resource planning. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, suppliers, and contractors. • Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. • Prepare project reports and provide technical leadership to the execution team. Requirements: • B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Architecture graduates with relevant experience may also apply). • 5–8 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out projects. • Candidates having experience in the Interior Industry will be given preference. • Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials, BOQ, drawings, and site execution. • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Master's degree will be an added advantage). • 10–14 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out projects. • Candidates having experience in the Interior Industry will be given preference. • Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role. • Strong leadership, project planning, budgeting, and team management skills. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project/Primavera will be an added advantage.
