Job Responsibilities: - Perform regular duties at the Project Site Office - Arrange and conduct project and site visits for clients - Explain floor plans, layouts and apartment specifications to clients - Manage site-based sales activities - Conduct client site visits, project presentations and sales closing - Manage the Sales Team and project-wise sales activities - Develop sales plans and ensure target achievement - Coordinate between Site Office and Head Office Sales Teams - Handle client negotiations and sales closing - Submit regular sales reports to Management - Lead sales strategy and business development activities - Set and achieve company and project sales targets - Manage Sales Managers and the Sales Team - Handle key clients and investors - Lead major negotiations and sales closing - Analyze market potential and project feasibility - Coordinate with Management for business growth - Monitor team performance and sales reporting Educational Qualification: - Diploma Engineer / Architect / Graduate - B.Sc. Engineer / MBA will be preferred for senior positions Experience Requirements: - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for entry-level positions - 3 to 5 years of experience in Real Estate / Property sector for mid-level positions - 8 to 10 years of experience in Real Estate / Property sector for managerial positions - 15 to 17 years of experience in Real Estate / Property sector for senior management positions Required Skills and Knowledge: - Basic knowledge of building construction processes and construction materials - Strong practical knowledge of building construction - Ability to understand and explain drawings, floor plans, specifications and construction progress to clients - Strong knowledge of real estate projects, design and construction - IT and computer knowledge - Good English communication skills - Client handling and relationship management skills - Strong negotiation skills - Good presentation skills - Target-oriented mindset
