Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Chairman.
• Manage the Chairman's schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and official documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Assist in communication, follow-ups, and daily office operations.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Chairman.
Experience:
• 2–4 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing is required.
• Previous experience as a Personal Secretary (PS) or in a similar administrative role will be an advantage.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's/BBA/Master's/MBA in Marketing or any relevant field.
• Age: 25–35 years.
• Female candidates are preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Proactive mindset with strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under targets and handle pressure.
• Team-oriented with adaptability to changing situations.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours.
