Purchase Assistant

Assist in purchasing raw materials, supplies, and equipment; collect quotations, compare prices, and prepare purchase summaries; follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of goods; maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation; coordinate with warehouse/store teams to monitor stock levels; prepare and process purchase orders; assist in identifying new suppliers and evaluating vendors; communicate with accounts team for invoice and payment follow-up.
