Job Details
A reputed and fast-growing E-commerce/F-commerce company is hiring a detail-oriented QA Executive for the Customer Service Quality team, covering both Telesales (Voice) and Digital (Non-Voice) channels. Responsibilities include auditing inbound and outbound telesales calls and digital interactions, identifying service, communication and compliance gaps, flagging customer-affecting errors, scoring agent interactions, cross-checking order and customer-issue conversations, monitoring social media comments for reputation risks, sharing feedback with agents and team leads, maintaining audit records, and contributing to monthly QA/KPI reporting.
