Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Controller (QC) to ensure our products meet all internal, industry, and regulatory standards. You will act as the final line of defense against product defects, inspecting materials at various stages of production and recommending corrective actions to maintain high quality. Duties and Responsibilities • Inspect materials: Perform thorough visual and technical inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products. • Test products: Conduct functional, dimensional, and safety tests using precision measurement tools and testing equipment. • Enforce standards: Ensure all manufacturing processes and products comply with company blueprints, specifications, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001). • Document findings: Maintain precise logs of all inspection results, test data, and quality metrics. • Manage defects: Identify, tag, and segregate defective items; log non-conformance reports and issue rejection notices when necessary. • Find root causes: Work closely with production and engineering teams to investigate defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). • Calibrate equipment: Regularly check, clean, and calibrate inspection tools to ensure accurate measurements
