Position Name Quality Manager Number of Vacancies 01 Person Job Location Nawojur, Dhaka-Tangail Highway, Kodda, Joydebpur, Gazipur Job Type Full-Time Job Responsibilities • Manage and monitor overall quality activities in the knit garments factory. • Ensure product quality as per buyer requirements and company standards. • Supervise quality team members and guide them properly. • Identify quality issues and take corrective actions. • Coordinate with production, finishing, and other departments to maintain quality standards. • Ensure proper inspection and quality control process at every stage of production. • Prepare quality reports and maintain necessary documents. • Perform other tasks assigned by the authority. Educational Qualification • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Experience • Relevant experience in the garments quality department will be preferred. • Experience in knit garments factory will be given priority. Required Skills • Strong knowledge of garments quality control and inspection process. • Good leadership and team management skills. • Ability to identify defects and solve quality-related problems. • Good communication and reporting skills. • Must be responsible, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
