Job Responsibilities: • অফিসে আগত অতিথি ও দর্শনার্থীদের হাসিমুখে স্বাগত জানানো • দর্শনার্থীদের নাম, সময় ও সাক্ষাতের তথ্য রেজিস্টারে সংরক্ষণ করা • ইনকামিং ফোন কল গ্রহণ ও সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যক্তির কাছে সংযোগ করে দেওয়া • প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য ও বার্তা সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্মকর্তাকে জানানো • চিঠি, পার্সেল ও কুরিয়ার গ্রহণ ও যথাযথভাবে বিতরণ করা • মিটিং ও অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্টের সময়সূচি সংরক্ষণ করা • রিসেপশন ডেস্ক ও অভ্যর্থনা এলাকা পরিপাটি রাখা Requirements: • Receptionist পদে 3-6 বছরের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্নদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে • ন্যূনতম HSC/Diploma/Hon’s পাস হতে হবে • সুন্দর ও সাবলীল যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে • কম্পিউটার ও অফিস সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহারে দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে • Android মোবাইল ফোন থাকতে হবে • জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র ও শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতার ডকুমেন্ট থাকতে হবে • বয়স 20-28 বছর হতে হবে Benefits: • TA/DA: আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে • ইনসেন্টিভ: কোম্পানির নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী • উৎসব ভাতা (ঈদ বোনাস) প্রদান করা হবে
