Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist guests/visitors in a professional manner
* Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
* Manage check-in/check-out, guest registration, and billing
* Maintain guest records and relevant documents
* Coordinate with other departments as required
* Handle reservations/appointments and basic administrative tasks
Requirements
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
* Good communication skills in English & Bangla
* Pleasant personality and positive attitude
* Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
