Job Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire restaurant operation, including Kitchen, Barista, Service, and Support Teams. • Lead, supervise, train, and motivate all departmental staff. • Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain premium service standards. • Monitor inventory, purchasing, food costs, and operational expenses. • Coordinate with all departments to ensure efficiency and productivity. • Handle customer complaints and maintain excellent guest satisfaction. • Ensure food safety, hygiene, staff discipline, and company policies. • Prepare operational reports and implement strategies to improve business performance. Requirements: • Several years of proven experience in Café, Bistro, or Restaurant Management. • Strong leadership and complete restaurant operations management skills. • Excellent knowledge of F&B service, kitchen coordination, barista operations, and cost control. • Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to independently handle multiple departments and work under pressure. • Professional, responsible, and result-oriented mindset.
