Job Responsibilities: • Communicate with university students through phone calls, social media, messaging platforms, and other digital channels • Conduct online sales and telesales activities • Understand students’ career, education, and skill-development needs • Provide appropriate guidance about YouthBees services • Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication • Generate and manage student leads • Support student acquisition and community-building activities • Participate in online and offline marketing campaigns and promotional activities • Support YouthBees events, webinars, workshops, and student engagement campaigns • Maintain basic records of leads, communications, follow-ups, and conversions • Work with the YouthBees team to achieve assigned targets and campaign objectives Requirements: • Current student of a Private or Public University located in Dhaka • Final-year students are encouraged to apply • Students looking for an academic internship are welcome to apply • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable communicating with students through phone calls and online platforms • Interest in Sales, Counseling, Marketing, Business Development, Education, or Career Development • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work toward performance targets Benefits: • 6-month Internship Certificate • Professional training and practical learning opportunities • Training in sales, communication, telesales, and career counseling • Practical experience in student engagement and business development • Exposure to marketing campaigns, events, and community-building activities • Opportunity to build professional networks and industry experience • High-performing interns may be considered for future employment opportunities with YouthBees
