Key Responsibilities: • Generate sales through walk-ins, leads, referrals, and corporate visits • Handle inquiries on tour packages, visas, air tickets, and travel solutions • Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized itineraries; follow up to close sales • Conduct corporate visits and manage end-to-end sales process • Execute marketing plans, digital campaigns, and social media activities • Coordinate with vendors, hotels, airlines, and tour operators • Track leads, conversion status, and prepare sales & marketing reports Qualifications & Experience: • BBA in Marketing preferred; other qualifications considered for experienced candidates • Minimum 1 year sales/marketing experience; travel, tourism, or service industry preferred • Training in Sales/Digital Marketing is a plus Skills & Requirements: • Proven sales record and target-oriented mindset • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills • Customer-centric with problem-solving ability • Proficient in MS Office; basic digital marketing knowledge • Able to work under pressure and perform field/corporate visits Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary + sales-based profit share • Mobile bill, subsidized lunch, yearly salary review • Festival & yearly performance bonuses • Collaborative work environment and travel industry exposure Send your updated CV to saifur.jibon@wandertravels.co with the subject line "Sales & Marketing Executive"
