Job Responsibilities:• Promote and sell tourism-related products, including Hajj, Umrah, and air ticketing services.• Communicate with potential and existing clients, understanding their travel needs and providing solutions.• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.• Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies.• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.• Keep updated with the latest travel and tourism trends. Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.• Previous experience in sales, travel, or tourism is preferred.• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.• Proficiency in English and Bengali (both written and spoken).• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM tools.
