নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি Senior/ Assistant Engineer – Sales & Marketing (Automation Cables) একটি স্বনামধন্য প্রতিষ্ঠানে Automation Cables ও Electrical Components-এর Sales & Marketing কার্যক্রম পরিচালনার জন্য দক্ষ ও অভিজ্ঞ জনবল নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে। পদের নাম: Senior Engineer / Assistant Engineer – Sales & Marketing কর্মসংস্থান: ফুল-টাইম কর্মস্থল: ঢাকা (আশুলিয়া, মতিঝিল, উত্তরা) বেতন: আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE)-এ BSc ডিগ্রি থাকতে হবে। দায়িত্বসমূহ: Automation Cables এবং Electrical Components যেমন Circuit Breakers, Conductors ও VFD-এর জন্য নতুন বাজার ও সম্ভাব্য গ্রাহক খুঁজে বের করা। Site Survey, Customer Requirement Analysis এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী System Design করা। গ্রাহকের চাহিদা অনুযায়ী Price Quotation ও Final Offer প্রস্তুত ও উপস্থাপন করা। নতুন মার্কেট ও ব্যবসার সুযোগ চিহ্নিত করে Sales ও Business Development কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা। নির্ধারিত Sales & Marketing Target অর্জনের জন্য পরিকল্পনা ও কার্যক্রম বাস্তবায়ন করা। Marketing ও Technical Support টিমের সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করে কাজ করা এবং Marketing Head-এর নির্দেশনা অনুসরণ করা। বিদ্যমান ও নতুন গ্রাহকদের সঙ্গে নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ ও ব্যবসায়িক সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা। দৈনিক, সাপ্তাহিক ও মাসিক Sales/Marketing রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত করে কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছে জমা দেওয়া। প্রতিষ্ঠানের বার্ষিক Sales ও Marketing Target অর্জনে সক্রিয় ভূমিকা রাখা। দক্ষতা ও যোগ্যতা: Automation Cable ও Electrical Components সম্পর্কে ভালো কারিগরি জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে। Sales, Marketing ও Business Development বিষয়ে বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার। Customer Handling, Negotiation ও Communication Skill ভালো হতে হবে। Site Survey ও Customer Requirement Analysis করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে। Sales Target-কেন্দ্রিকভাবে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে। টিমের সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করে কাজ করার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে। রিপোর্ট তৈরি ও নিয়মিত কাজের অগ্রগতি উপস্থাপনে দক্ষ হতে হবে। কাজের ধরন: অফিসভিত্তিক, প্রয়োজনে সাইট ভিজিট করতে হতে পারে।
