Job Responsibilities: • Identify, approach, and acquire new business clients across assigned territories • Conduct on-site client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations of POS, ERP, and business software solutions • Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, follow-ups, negotiation, and deal closure • Maintain client relationships, achieve sales targets, conduct market research, and submit reports Requirements: • Age 25–35 years • Minimum 3 years of relevant IT sector experience • Proven IT field marketing and client acquisition experience • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and computer skills Benefits: • Monthly salary of BDT 30,000–35,000 • Attractive performance-based sales commission • Professional growth opportunities
