We are seeking a DESK JOBS **results-driven and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive** to join our team and take ownership of the day-to-day sales process for our software products and digital solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in communicating with customers, understands how to generate leads through social media, and is motivated by converting conversations and inquiries into successful sales. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the **complete sales cycle** — including lead generation, customer outreach, product communication, follow-up, negotiation, and sales closing. The position will primarily focus on generating and converting leads through **Facebook, WhatsApp, website inquiries, online communities, and other digital channels**. ### Key Responsibilities **Lead Generation & Prospecting** * Identify and generate potential customers through Facebook, WhatsApp, website inquiries, Facebook Groups, comments, posts, and other relevant online communities. * Proactively search for businesses and individuals who may benefit from our software solutions. * Engage with potential customers through direct messages, comments, calls, and other appropriate communication channels. * Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads. **Social Media Sales & Promotion** * Publish and distribute software-related **Reels, videos, promotional posts, product updates, and marketing content** across relevant social media platforms. * Monitor comments, messages, reactions, and inquiries generated from social media content. * Respond to interested customers quickly and professionally. * Identify sales opportunities from social media engagement and convert them into qualified leads. **Customer Communication & Consultation** * Communicate with prospective customers through Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication channels.
