Job Responsibilities: • Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, and other safety equipment. • Provide timely and effective technical support. • Work alongside a team of experts to deliver high-quality solutions. • Promote and sell NEECOM's Safety & Security solutions to corporate and commercial clients. • Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations. • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. • Install, configure, test, and commission CCTV surveillance systems. • Install and maintain Access Control, Fire Alarm, Intrusion Alarm, and other ELV systems. • Diagnose and resolve technical issues through onsite and remote support. • Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks. • Prepare technical documentation, service reports, and handover documents. • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through timely service and professional support. Requirements: • Diploma in Electrical Engineering. • Diploma in Electronics Engineering. • Diploma in Computer Engineering. • B.Sc. or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science & Engineering, or other relevant Engineering disciplines. • 1–3 years of experience in Engineering or Technology firms is preferred. • Age: 18–25 years. • Male candidates only. • Willingness to travel anywhere in Bangladesh for project implementation and customer support. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently as well as within a team. • Proven experience with CCTV cameras, access control, fire alarms, and similar safety equipment. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Relevant technical certifications are preferred.
