মূল দায়িত্বসমূহ: • কোম্পানির সার্ভিস ও প্যাকেজগুলোর প্রচার এবং নতুন গ্রাহক সংগ্রহ করা। • সম্ভাব্য গ্রাহকদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে তাদের প্রয়োজনীয় ট্রাভেল সলিউশন প্রদান করা। • নেগোসিয়েশন এবং প্রেজেন্টেশনের মাধ্যমে সেলস টার্গেট পূরণ করা। • কাস্টমারদের সাথে সুসম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা এবং তাদের নিয়মিত ফলো-আপ করা। • প্রতিষ্ঠানের মার্কেটিং পরিকল্পনা অনুযায়ী কাজ করা এবং নিয়মিত রিপোর্ট প্রদান করা। যোগ্যতা ও দক্ষতা: • শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: যেকোনো বিষয়ে স্নাতক ডিগ্রি। • অভিজ্ঞতা: ফ্রেশাররা আবেদন করতে পারবেন। তবে ট্রাভেল এজেন্সিতে পূর্বের ইন্টার্নশিপ বা কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে। • চমৎকার যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা (বাংলা ও ইংরেজি উভয় ভাষায় সাবলীল হতে হবে)। • নেগোসিয়েশন ও প্রেজেন্টেশন স্কিল থাকতে হবে। • মাইক্রোসফট অফিস (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) অ্যাপ্লিকেশনে পারদর্শী হতে হবে। • চাপের মুখে কাজ করার মানসিকতা এবং সেলস টার্গেট পূরণে সক্ষম হতে হবে। বেতন ও সুবিধাসমূহ: • বেতন: আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে (আকর্ষণীয় বেতন ও ইনসেনটিভের সুযোগ)। • অন্যান্য সুবিধা: প্রতিষ্ঠানের নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী অন্যান্য সুযোগ-সুবিধা প্রদান করা হবে। বিশেষ দ্রষ্টব্য (সতর্কবার্তা): • এই নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়ায় কোনো প্রকার অর্থ বা জামানত প্রদান করার প্রয়োজন নেই। নিয়োগ সংক্রান্ত বিষয়ে কোনো ধরনের আর্থিক লেনদেন থেকে সাবধান থাকুন। আবেদন প্রক্রিয়া: আগ্রহী প্রার্থীদের হালনাগাদ জীবনবৃত্তান্ত (CV) পাঠানোর জন্য অনুরোধ করা হলো। Email: challengertravels@gmail.com
