Job Responsibilities: • Achieve individual and store sales targets. • Welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products. • Provide excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships. • Maintain product knowledge and support sales through effective product recommendations. • Ensure proper product display, replenishment, and store presentation. • Support stock management, billing, returns, and exchanges. • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales objectives. • Maintain professional grooming, punctuality, and workplace discipline. Requirements: • Minimum Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC); a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. • 1-3 years of experience in footwear, sportswear, fashion, lifestyle, or other customer-facing sales roles is preferred.
