Job Responsibilities: • Identify and approach potential customers to generate new sales opportunities. • Present and explain products or services to customers. • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers. • Follow up with leads, inquiries and prospective customers. • Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives. • Prepare quotations, sales orders or other required documents when necessary. • Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service. • Collect customer feedback and provide relevant market information to management. • Monitor competitor activities and market trends when required. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities and follow-ups. • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management. • Perform other sales-related duties assigned by management. Requirements: • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities. • Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated. • Good negotiation and presentation skills. • Basic computer and MS Office skills. • Responsible, hardworking and punctual. • Previous sales or marketing experience will be an advantage.
