Job Responsibilities: • Develop new distributors, wholesalers and retail shops across Bangladesh, expand biscuit product market coverage. • Visit regular customers regularly, maintain good business relationships, handle customer inquiries, orders and after-sales communication. • Strictly achieve weekly sales target and monthly sales target assigned by the company • Collect local market information, including competitor products, market price and customer demand, and submit regular sales reports. Requirements: • Age between 22–35 years old, male only. • Minimum 3 year working experience in FMCG, food or biscuit sales industry; candidates with PRAN, Bashundhara food sales experience are highly preferred. • Familiar with Bangladesh local market, have existing distributor resources is a big advantage. • Good Bengali and basic English communication skills, capable of daily office communication and report writing. • Hard-working, self-motivated, able to travel locally for market development. • Honest, responsible, with strong target execution ability and team work spirit.
