Job Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets • Lead, mentor, and manage the national sales team to maximize performance • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders • Negotiate and close high-value business opportunities • Monitor sales performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence insights • Identify new market opportunities and expand customer segments • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and business objectives Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree (Honors) in any discipline. • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales management • Proven leadership experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Toiletries industries • Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and team management skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Ability to drive business growth in a highly competitive market
