Job Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets • Identify and generate new business opportunities through online and offline channels • Promote products across marketplaces, social media, and direct sales platforms • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and partners • Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and close sales efficiently • Manage and update product listings on online marketplaces • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google, etc.) • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets • Represent the company in meetings, promotions, and client visits Requirements: • Age 18 to 30 years • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Basic knowledge of digital marketing (Facebook, online marketplaces, etc.) • Ability to work both independently and in a team • Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude • Good understanding of customer handling and sales techniques • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Internet browsing) • Willingness to travel for field sales and client visits • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales deadlines • Prior experience in sales/marketing will be considered an advantage Benefits: • Profit share • T/A • Festival Bonus: 1
