নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি পদের নাম: Sales Representative কর্মস্থল: Dhaka বেতন: আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: HSC বা সমমান দায়িত্বসমূহ: প্রতিষ্ঠানের IELTS ও অন্যান্য কোর্স সম্পর্কে সম্ভাব্য শিক্ষার্থীদের তথ্য প্রদান করা। নতুন শিক্ষার্থী/কাস্টমার সংগ্রহ এবং নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ বজায় রাখা। ফোন, সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া ও সরাসরি যোগাযোগের মাধ্যমে শিক্ষার্থীদের প্রয়োজন বুঝে উপযুক্ত কোর্স সম্পর্কে পরামর্শ দেওয়া। ভর্তি সংক্রান্ত তথ্য ও প্রক্রিয়া সম্পর্কে কাস্টমারকে সহযোগিতা করা। Sales target অর্জনের জন্য কার্যকরভাবে কাজ করা। দৈনিক Sales ও Customer follow-up-এর রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত করা। প্রতিষ্ঠানের সুনাম ও গ্রাহকসেবা বজায় রেখে কাজ করা। দক্ষতা ও যোগ্যতা: ন্যূনতম HSC পাশ। Sales/Marketing/Customer Service-এর কাজে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার। ভালো যোগাযোগ ও উপস্থাপনা দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে। কাস্টমারদের সঙ্গে ভদ্র ও পেশাদারভাবে যোগাযোগ করার সক্ষমতা। Sales target অর্জনের মানসিকতা ও দায়িত্বশীলতা থাকতে হবে। বাংলা ও ইংরেজিতে যোগাযোগের সক্ষমতা থাকা ভালো।

  • Skill: Strong communication skills – clear and confident communication with students Sales & persuasion – ability to convert inquiries into admissions Customer service – professional handling of students and parents Lead management – follow up with Facebook, WhatsApp, phone, and walk-in leads Counselling skills – understanding students' needs and recommending suitable courses Follow-up skills – regularly contacting potential students Target-oriented mindset – motivated to achieve monthly sales targets Basic computer skills – MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, email Social media handling – responding to Facebook/Instagram inquiries Record keeping – maintaining student and sales information accurately Time management – handling multiple inquiries and administrative tasks Teamwork – coordinating with teachers and the admin team Problem-solving – handling student questions and complaints professionally English proficiency – good spoken and written English
