Job Responsibilities: • Assist customers in selecting products and provide accurate product information. • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain good customer relationships. • Support daily sales activities and work toward achieving sales targets. • Keep products properly displayed and maintain a clean, organized shop environment. • Handle customer inquiries professionally and contribute to overall sales growth. Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales. • Good customer service and communication skills. • Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude. • Ability to work effectively in a team and achieve sales targets. Salary & Benefits: • Festival Bonus: 2 bonuses per year, subject to completion of 6 months of service. • Sales incentives based on target achievement. • Annual salary increment based on performance.
