Experience Requirement • Minimum 6 months of previous field sales experience is required Candidate Requirements • Must be well-mannered and educated • Must have good communication skills to deal properly with targeted customers • Must be able to communicate with: • Retailers • Restaurant owners • Convention hall owners Salary & Benefits • Salary will remain fixed for the first 2 months • After 2 months, salary will increase based on daily targets and performance • Commission is calculated in two different ways • Total monthly income can go up to 20,000 BDT depending on performance Working Hours • Duty starts at 9:00 AM • Working time is up to 5:00 PM • If daily target is achieved earlier, the Sales Representative may leave early Responsibilities • Sell company water products in the assigned market • Visit targeted customers regularly, including retailers, restaurant owners, and convention hall owners • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets • Build and maintain good relationships with customers • Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base • Collect orders and ensure proper follow-up • Report daily sales activities and market feedback to the company • Maintain professional behavior while representing the company • Initially focus on selling water products only • Later, work with additional products if required or if interested
