Job Responsibilities: • Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements. • Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, 3D designs, presentations, and project documentation. • Supervise and coordinate project execution from design to completion. • Conduct site visits and ensure work is completed according to approved designs and quality standards. • Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and other team members. • Lead and manage the design/project team effectively. • Attend client meetings, understand requirements, and present design proposals. • Monitor project timelines, progress, and execution. • Resolve design and site-related issues through effective coordination. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Architecture and Interior Design. • B-Arch degree from a reputed university. • Proven experience in project execution, team handling, and client meetings. • Strong design, presentation, and communication skills. • Good leadership and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
