Position Senior Executive – Compliance Department HR & Compliance Vacancy 01 Work Location Mamarishpur, Mallikbari, Bhaluka, Mymensingh Job Responsibilities Monitor and ensure proper implementation of all compliance activities within the factory Ensure compliance with BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, Code of Conduct COC and buyer compliance standards Conduct internal audits and prepare Corrective Action Plans CAP based on findings Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, factory policies, rules and regulations Monitor attendance, leave, wages, overtime, appointment letters, personal files and HR compliance documents Regularly monitor Health & Safety, Fire Safety and emergency preparedness Prepare and maintain documents for buyer audits, third-party audits and government inspections Maintain compliance records, reports, registers and documentation Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions Prepare compliance status reports and update management about audit readiness Coordinate with departments for timely closure of audit findings Support management in implementing compliance policies and improvement plans Educational Qualification Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from any recognized university HR, Compliance, Labour Law or relevant background will be preferred Experience Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Compliance or HR Compliance in Garments or Manufacturing Industry Experience in BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, Buyer Compliance and Social Compliance Audits will be preferred Required Skills Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law Strong documentation and audit handling skills Good command of MS Word, MS Excel and Email Communication Excellent communication, reporting and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Salary and Benefits Salary will be negotiated based on qualification, experience and competency Other benefits will be provided as per company policy
