Senior Executive (CRM) Company Name: LIVIX Location: Mirpur 11.5, Pallabi Extension (5 No. Gate), Dhaka Contact: 01901316732 Position: Senior Executive – CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Job Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers. Handle client inquiries and provide prompt support and solutions. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare daily and weekly client interaction reports. Work towards customer retention and long-term engagement. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in CRM / Customer Service / Sales preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
