Job Responsibilities: • Handle visa processing and documentation for the UK, USA, Canada, Thailand, Malaysia, and other destinations. • Manage different visa categories, including tourist, business, family visit, and other applicable visa types. • Verify application forms and supporting documents according to embassy requirements. • Prepare visa applications, cover letters, travel itineraries, and supporting documents. • Provide clients with accurate information regarding visa requirements, fees, and processing procedures. • Prepare domestic and international tour packages, itineraries, and quotations. • Manage company social media platforms and promote visa services and tour packages through posts, reels, and promotional content. • Respond to customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and support sales targets. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred. • 2 years experience
