Job Responsibilities • Handle IE-related activities in woven garments production. • Monitor production efficiency and productivity. • Prepare and analyze operation breakdown, layout, line balancing, and manpower planning. • Work closely with production and quality teams to improve workflow. • Identify process gaps and support productivity improvement initiatives. • Ensure smooth coordination with the concerned departments as per factory requirements. Candidate Requirements • B.Sc. / Diploma in Textile Engineering or relevant field. • Executive level candidates must have 2–8 years of experience. • Senior Executive level candidates must have 8+ years of experience. • Woven garments experience is mandatory. • Strong knowledge of IE functions in garments manufacturing. • Good communication, analytical, and coordination skills are required.
