Job Responsibilities: • Independently plan, prepare, and deliver specialized lessons • Conduct formal and informal student assessments • Lead small-group or 1:1 intervention sessions • Mentor Assistant Interventionists • Communicate effectively with parents and contribute to program development • Oversee lesson planning, assessment frameworks, and intervention strategies • Lead and mentor teachers and interventionists • Drive best practices in inclusive and evidence-based education • Collaborate with leadership on curriculum, programs, and research initiatives • Build strong partnerships with parents through consistent, high-quality communication Requirements: • Degree or Masters in Special Education, Psychology, Therapy, or related discipline • Strong background in ABA, OT, Speech Therapy, or related therapeutic approaches • At least 2-4 years of relevant experience • Masters or specialized degree in Special Education, Psychology, or Therapy • Advanced expertise in ABA, OT, Speech Therapy, or similar disciplines • Demonstrated leadership experience in special education settings Benefits: • Work in a progressive, inclusive, and research-informed environment • Be part of a multidisciplinary, purpose-driven team • Receive professional growth and development opportunities • Play a meaningful role in transforming special needs education in Dhaka, Bangladesh
