Job Responsibilities: • Develop and execute field marketing and client acquisition strategies. • Generate qualified leads and convert prospective clients. • Build, develop, and maintain a strong network of agents and referral partners. • Visit clients, business partners, and referral sources regularly. • Handle walk-in clients and explain company services professionally. • Conduct follow-ups and maintain long-term client relationships. • Coordinate promotional activities, seminars, and local marketing campaigns. • Prepare marketing reports and monitor market trends. • Work closely with recruitment, documentation, and customer service teams to achieve business development goals. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a relevant discipline. • Candidates with strong practical marketing experience will receive preference. • Minimum 7-8 years of professional experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Customer Relationship Management. • Experience in overseas recruitment, travel, education consultancy, real estate, insurance, financial services, or other service-based industries will be an advantage. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Excellent client relationship and lead generation abilities. • Experience managing agents or referral partners. • Functional English communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, WhatsApp, and social media. • Strong reporting, organizational, and field marketing skills. • Willingness to travel within and outside Dhaka when required. • Age Requirement: 35-45 years.
