Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of injection molding machines, high-speed machines, robotic systems and air/gas compressors. Machine calibration, tuning and performance optimization. Defective cleaning, detailed review, root-cause analysis and implementation of permanent solutions. Prepare and implement maintenance schedules; Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance. Prepare technical documentation, spare parts list and SOP. Coordinate and provide training to cross-functional teams (Production, QC, QA). Qualifications and Experience: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering (Mechanical/Industrial or equivalent). Minimum 10 years of practical experience in factory environment including injection, high-speed machines, robots and compressors. Mechanical troubleshooting, automation and control system (PLC/Servo) skills are an added advantage. Driver’s license and motivation/team management skills for work. Good problem solving skills, adherence to safety standards and documentation skills. Salary and Benefits: Competitive package negotiable according to experience.
