The selected candidate will be responsible for B2B field sales, client acquisition, offline market visits, business development and achieving sales targets. Job Responsibilities Conduct B2B field sales activities and regular market visits Develop new business opportunities from zero ground Identify potential clients and approach them through offline cold visits Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Present company services professionally to potential customers Negotiate with clients and close sales deals Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets Maintain daily sales activities and follow up records Use CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting Collect market information and competitor updates Submit regular sales reports to management Work with strong dedication to achieve company sales goals Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related fields Relevant strong sales experience may compensate for educational background 1 to 3 years of B2B field sales experience Background in HR tech, recruitment, manpower agency or industrial sales will be a plus Strong hunger for sales results Must be willing to conduct high volume offline cold field visits Ability to develop business from zero ground Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets Must be resilient when facing customer rejections Excellent face to face communication skills Strong presentation and negotiation capabilities Hands on experience using CRM tools for daily sales tracking What We Are Not Looking For Candidates who rely entirely on ready made leads from mature recruitment platforms Sales professionals who prefer office based work and resist heavy offline field visits Candidates who are not comfortable with field sale
