Responsibilities:
1. Identify and acquire new business clients (employers, HR teams, recruitment agencies).
2. Conduct product demos and present hiring solutions to potential partners.
3. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
4. Maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and renewals.
5. Work with other teams to align solutions with client needs.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR-tech, Internet, SaaS, or recruitment platforms.
3. Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Proficiency in CRM tools.
