Job Responsibilities: • Cinematic Real Estate Editing: Crafting high-impact property walkthroughs, agent profiles, and neighborhood lifestyle videos. • Storytelling: Creating a narrative flow that sells the “lifestyle,” not just the building. • Social Media Mastery: Designing high-retention content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube (optimized for different aspect ratios and audience behaviors). Requirements: • Advanced Color Grading: Expert-level mastery of DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere (Lumetri Color)—must understand Log/Raw footage workflows, Lut application vs. manual grading, and skin-tone correction. • Motion Graphics: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects for creating custom 3D Camera Tracking, Parallax effects, and high-end Kinetic Typography. • Sound Design: Expert use of Foley, sound beds, and ducking to create an immersive audio environment. • Dynamic Transitions: Mastery of speed ramping, masking transitions, and seamless object-based cuts. • Tech Stack: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or DaVinci Resolve. • Minimum 3+ Years of professional experience (Experience in Real Estate or Architecture-focused editing is a massive plus). • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality. • Must have a portfolio/showreel demonstrating high-end commercial work. • NO FRESHERS. • This is a senior-level role requiring immediate execution.
