Job Responsibilities: • Welcome customers and provide professional, attentive service. • Take customer orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen. • Serve food and beverages efficiently according to restaurant standards. • Supervise and support Waiters and junior service staff during operations. • Ensure tables and dining areas are properly arranged and maintained. • Handle customer requests and assist in resolving service-related issues. • Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure smooth service. • Monitor service quality and ensure restaurant standards are followed. • Assist with staff briefing, task allocation and daily service operations when required. • Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness standards. • Report customer feedback, operational issues and service requirements to the supervisor or management. Requirements: • Previous experience as a Waiter or Senior Waiter in a restaurant or hospitality environment. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Ability to guide and support junior service staff. • Good knowledge of restaurant service procedures and hygiene standards. • Professional, polite and customer-focused attitude. • Responsible, hardworking and punctual. • Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
