About the Role: REVOO Bangladesh is looking for an experienced and passionate Showroom Manager to lead and operate the company’s first brand-owned flagship showroom in Dhaka. The selected candidate will be responsible for establishing showroom operations from the ground up while driving sales, customer experience, and overall showroom performance. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail Store or Showroom Management • Experience in Automotive, Two-Wheeler, or Consumer Electronics will be preferred • Strong Sales Leadership and team management skills • Fluent in both English and Bengali • Practical knowledge of BRTA documentation and bank registration processes • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to manage showroom operations independently and effectively Essential Requirement: • Genuine passion for both Two-Wheelers and Technology • Must have a strong interest in motorcycles and be comfortable discussing and demonstrating smart, connected features • Enthusiasm for modern mobility technology and connected vehicle solutions Key Responsibilities: • Set up and manage REVOO’s flagship showroom operations from the ground up • Lead showroom sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets • Manage and motivate the showroom sales team • Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey • Demonstrate REVOO products, including smart and connected features • Handle customer inquiries, product presentations, negotiations, and sales conversion • Coordinate BRTA documentation and bank registration-related processes • Monitor showroom performance, sales activities, and customer feedback • Maintain showroom standards, product presentation, and operational efficiency
