Job Responsibilities: • Manage customer inquiries, messages, and inboxes through Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms. • Provide customers with accurate information about skincare products. • Handle the complete sales process from customer inquiry to order confirmation. • Follow up with customers regularly and maintain good customer relationships. • Respond to customer questions and concerns in a polite and professional manner. • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain the brand’s professional image. • Work towards achieving assigned sales targets. Requirements: • Good communication skills in Bangla, both written and verbal. • Comfortable using Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms. • Ability to communicate politely and confidently with customers. • Interest in sales and customer handling. • Responsible, punctual, hardworking, and target-oriented. • Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service will be preferred. • Experience in a Skincare / Beauty Brand will be an added advantage.
