Position: Software Support Intern (Paid) Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and quick-learning Software Support Intern (Paid) to join our support team. The intern will assist customers/users with software-related issues, provide basic technical support, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate with the development team when required. Key Responsibilities • Provide first-level technical support to software users/customers. • Assist users with software installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting. • Handle customer queries through phone, chat, email, or support channels. • Identify, analyze, and document software issues reported by users. • Guide users on software features and proper usage. • Create and maintain support tickets with proper details. • Coordinate with the development team for bug reports and technical issues. Requirements • Diploma completed in any subject (CSE/IT background will be an advantage) or completed graduation in any discipline. • Basic understanding of software applications and web technologies. • Basic knowledge of troubleshooting computer/software issues. • Good communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to learn new software
