Job Title: Sr. Executive (Industrial Engineering - I.E.) Location: Plot-03, Factory Road, Shampur, Kadamtali, I/A, Dhaka-1204 Department: Industrial Engineering (I.E.) Employment Type: Full-time Reports To: IE Manager / Head of Production Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sr. Executive (I.E.) to optimize our production processes by applying industrial engineering principles. The candidate will be responsible for improving efficiency, reducing wastage, setting standard operating procedures, and supporting smooth production flow to meet delivery timelines and quality benchmarks. Key Responsibilities: Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard times and improve line balancing Analyze production methods, layouts, and workflows to identify areas for process improvement Monitor and evaluate production performance, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies Work closely with production, planning, and quality departments to implement lean practices Prepare line layout, capacity plans, and manpower planning reports Provide technical support to production teams for productivity enhancement Develop skill matrices and provide training to improve operator efficiency Ensure optimal utilization of resources (man, machine, and material) Support the implementation of 5S, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management review Qualifications & Requirements: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or Textile Engineering (preferred from a reputed institution) Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering (preferably in RMG/Textile/Garments sector) Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD (preferred) Excellent communication and team coordination skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
