Industry: Woven Shirt Manufacturing Educational Requirements: Minimum HSC passed. Candidates with a Graduation degree in any discipline will be given preference. Experience Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience in the relevant field. Age: Maximum 35 years. Major Duties & Responsibilities: Collect samples and bulletins from relevant departments and conduct analysis. Monitor production activities and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity. Ensure achievement of production targets through effective production planning and monitoring. Perform line balancing and identify manpower shortages or absenteeism issues. Coordinate with the IE (Industrial Engineering) and Work Study Department to ensure smooth production operations. Prepare production reports and update management on production performance. Perform any other duties assigned by management. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of woven garment production processes. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and coordinate with production teams. Strong communication and organizational skills.
