Job Responsibilities: • Implemented Buyer COC, labor law, and international compliance standards. • To maintain social, ethical, and legal compliance documentation. • To prepare factory for buyer and third-party audits (PRIMARK, LIDL, KIK, TAKKO, MAX DUBAI, WALMART, BSCI, SEDEX, SCS, ICS, BCI, GOTS, GRS, NIRAPON). • To monitor NIRAPON 90-days program (include: portal handling with cap closing activities) and maintain BRAC SMS program. • Conducted internal audits and developed Corrective Action Plans (CAP). • Monitoring health & safety as well as employee welfare compliance. • To conduct compliance trainings and supporting grievance handling. Requirements: • Masters in any discipline. • Must have practical experience of NIRAPON 90-days program. • Master Trainer of Fire Safety from Brac will be given priority. • Please, don’t apply, If you don’t have NIRAPON 90-days program practical experience.
