Company Name • Fakhruddin Textile Position • Sr. Executive / Executive – Printing Department • Printing Factory Location • Sreepur, Gazipur Key Responsibilities • Take care of measurement checks and grading checks • Check print color shade and ensure color accuracy • Identify and control size mistakes, inside color pass issues, air holes, color spots, and related printing defects • Follow and maintain the print plan properly • Ensure printing criteria are maintained as per buyer requirements • Maintain the highest level of print quality • Arrange PP meetings and discuss critical and required issues • Monitor printing processes to ensure quality compliance • Coordinate with relevant teams to solve printing-related issues • Monitor and ensure 5S within the working area and factory premises • Follow factory procedures and maintain proper reporting Required Skills • Good knowledge of garments printing processes • Ability to identify printing defects and quality issues • Understanding of buyer requirements and print quality standards • Knowledge of measurement check, grading check, color shade check, and print plan • Ability to arrange and participate in PP meetings • Good communication and coordination skills • Knowledge of 5S practices will be an advantage • Responsible, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
