Nevieasoft PLC is a fast-growing software company dedicated to developing innovative business solutions, including School Management Software, Hospital Management ERP, HRM, Accounting, POS, Inventory Management, CRM, and customized software solutions. We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven professionals to join our Sales & Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per company policy.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporate visits, networking, cold calling, email marketing, and digital lead generation.
• The incumbent will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets and including qualified lead generation, client meetings, product demonstrations, proposal conversion, deal closure, revenue growth, customer retention, and accurate sales reporting.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into customers.
• Conduct software presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate with prospective clients and successfully close sales deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with the Technical and Customer Support teams for smooth project implementation.
• Maintain accurate sales records and regularly update the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
• Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events when required.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

• Minimum 3–7 years of experience Candidates with hands-on experience in B2B sales and business development of School/College Management, ERP, HR & Payroll, Accounting, POS, Inventory Management, CRM, School/College Management, Hospital Management, and Customized Software Solutions will be given strong preference.
Required Skills
• Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
• Target-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving results.
• Corporate sales experience.
• EMS, ERP , CRM software knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.
