Job Summary: We are hiring a Sr. Officer – IE to handle daily industrial engineering tasks. The candidate will focus on work study, line balancing, and productivity tracking for our woven garments and jacket production units. Key Responsibilities: • Perform work study and line balancing activities. • Assist in capacity planning and SMV analysis. • Track and report on productivity improvement metrics. • Support the IE team in optimizing daily production processes. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: B.Sc. in Textile Engineering, IE, IPE, Apparel Manufacturing, or related discipline preferred. • Experience: 3–10 years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering within the RMG industry. • Skills: Hands-on expertise in Woven Garments and Jacket Manufacturing. • Traits: Strong communication and analytical skills.
