Position: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager Key Responsibilities - Analyze and technically explain fire safety products and solutions, including Fire Detection, Fire Protection & Hydrant Systems, to existing and prospective customers. - Generate business enquiries from RMG and corporate clients. - Plan and develop regular sales of LED Lighting, Lighting Protection Systems, and Earthing Systems. - Maintain existing customers and develop new clients for Electrical & Fire Consultancy services. - Achieve assigned/fixed sales targets. - Prepare reports, promote brands, and follow instructions from the line manager. - Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team toward achieving business objectives. - Conduct site visits and negotiate with clients. Educational Requirements - Graduation in Any Discipline; Marketing is preferable. Skills - Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales. - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
