পদের নাম: - Store Manager কর্মস্থল: - Ramdi, Kuliaechar, Kishorganj অভিজ্ঞতা: - Store / Warehouse Management-এ ৩–৫ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে - Footwear Manufacturing industry-তে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে কাজের দায়িত্ব: - Purchase Order, Invoice এবং Delivery Document অনুযায়ী incoming goods যাচাই করা - Goods Received Notes বা GRN, stock register, bin card, material issue note এবং অন্যান্য store documentation সঠিকভাবে সংরক্ষণ করা - Accurate stock record বজায় রাখা এবং physical stock যেন system record-এর সাথে মিলে তা নিশ্চিত করা - Materials systematicভাবে arrange করা এবং proper identification, labeling ও storage condition নিশ্চিত করা - Authorized requisition অনুযায়ী production, maintenance অথবা অন্যান্য department-এ materials issue করা - Minimum এবং maximum stock level নিয়মিত monitor করা - Stock replenishment প্রয়োজন হলে procurement department-কে জানানো - নিয়মিত physical stock count পরিচালনা করা - Stock discrepancy থাকলে investigation এবং corrective action গ্রহণ করা - Store area-এর cleanliness, security, proper handling এবং safe storage নিশ্চিত করা - Store personnel-দের supervise করা এবং daily responsibilities allocate করা - Procurement, production, accounts, logistics এবং অন্যান্য department-এর সাথে সমন্বয় করা - Slow-moving, excess, damaged অথবা obsolete materials identify এবং report করা - Inventory losses, damage, wastage এবং unnecessary stockholding minimize করা প্রয়োজনীয় দক্ষতা: - ERP ও 5S based store operation এবং inventory management সম্পর্কে শক্তিশালী জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে - Store / Warehouse team পরিচালনার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে - Excellent leadership, communication এবং analytical skill থাকতে হবে - Safety standards এবং material handling procedures সম্পর্কে ভালো জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে - English ও Bangla ভাষায় writing এবং speaking skill ভালো হতে হবে - MS Word, Excel এবং PowerPoint-এ advanced দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে - চাপের মধ্যে কাজ করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে - Tight deadline-এর মধ্যে কাজ সম্পন্ন করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে - Problem solving এবং decision-making skill ভালো হতে হবে
